Creative Queen Bees and Susan Stones of Stones Software and Training are combining their unique talents to collaborate on a specialist IT Intranet project. The pair have joined forces to work with Sydney based organisation Twilight Aged Care who have delivered quality Aged Care to Sydney’s Northern Suburbs for over 100 years and are recognised as leaders of innovation and high quality care in the Aged Care Industry.

With five modern Aged Care homes in Sydney’s Northern Suburbs, corporate headquarters in Chatswood and over 200 staff, both Amanda and Susan agree the Twilight Aged Care Intranet project is a large and exciting one for them both.

“One of the key factors for us, is we have a great working relationship with our team at Twilight, including both the CEO and Head of Marketing” says Amanda.

Last year Amanda worked with Twilight to re-design and rebuild their website and based on the success of that project, they asked Amanda to work with them on building an Intranet based system to reflect the positive outcomes the website had delivered.

It is the first time Amanda and Susan have worked together on a Web based system of this scale and proportion and although they bring many similar design and development skills and expertise to the project, it’s the individual expertise each have that provide real value and benefit to the client.

Susan is a Software Developer and SEO specialist who provides custom built, tailored software solutions whilst Amanda is a Graphic and Web Designer who specialises in providing creative strategy, visual storytelling and project management.

The pair have been working with Twilight since last November, negotiating requirements, facilitating brainstorming and planning sessions with the heads of the departments and building the team. This process continues and includes the many stakeholders and potential users to ensure the Intranet delivers the user experience and business requirements.

The Twilight Intranet is scheduled to ‘go live’ in April this year and will include robust testing with a user-training program delivered by both Amanda and Susan.
