Nestled between the banks of the Hunter River and the local farmland in the Hunter Valley, NSW is the Lorn Rose Farm. In 2019, the Lorn Rose Farm was purchased by Denise & Mark Duffield-Thomas and Creative Queen Bees was invited to create the brand. At my first visit with Denise, I gifted her and Mark a little illustration of their much loved old chevy filled with roses as a ‘welcome to the neighbourhood’ gift. 

The little watercolour illustration became the ‘unofficial’ inspiration for the brand, delightfully communicating the whimsy, romance, and beauty of the farm.
